Four things are struck into every result

Not a signature or a certificate number. These are the conditions the result is true inside, and a reader who has them can reproduce it.

The flow

How a run works

Four stages, in this order. The order is the point: what a stage is allowed to see is decided by where it sits.

Invite
An administrator adds their people and issues links. Each link works once, lapses after fourteen days, and only a hash of it is ever stored.

Answer
People answer on their own device, online or off. The capture app installs, holds answers locally and encrypted, and sends them when the connection returns.

Construct
The engine reads the answers against the question set that was actually served, builds the result, and seals it. Later stages may read it; none of them can edit it.

Hand on
The result goes to an executive or an auditor with the account of how it was produced attached to it.

The limits

What it will not give you

Each of these is something you would be handed elsewhere. Every one of them would cost the property this product is sold on.

An overall score

Four subjects are measured separately. They are never collapsed into one figure, because the figure would hide where an organisation is actually strong.

A recommendation

The result records what was found. What to do about it is a decision with an owner, and the engine is not that owner.

A narrative

No prose, no executive summary, no story arc. The output is a structured object, and anything written around it would be the consultant opinion this replaced.

How fast your sector moves and how heavily it is regulated shape how a finding is worded. The stage that builds the result cannot see either, so no organisation can frame its way to a better outcome.
